Support & troubleshooting

Most issues are either "no API key" or "wrong URL." Here's the usual stuff.

Account & password recovery

Forgot your password? Go to Forgot password, enter your account email, and we’ll send a secure reset link. Use it within the time limit, then set a new password. You can also click “Forgot password?” on the login page.

Cancel or change subscription

Log in and open your Dashboard. In the Subscription section, click Manage subscription. You’ll be taken to Stripe’s billing portal where you can cancel your plan or update your payment method.

"API status: disabled" or "Waiting for data"

401 or "Invalid API key"

Too many requests (429)

Trades not showing in Trade History

No items in the Live Market tab

"I don't see Grand Flip Out in my current client"

Is this allowed?

Yes. Grand Flip Out doesn't automate anything—no clicks, no movement, no input simulation. It just shows you data and records your GE activity. Your trade history and flip logs stay on your PC unless you export them. The plugin is built to stay within RuneLite and Jagex policy.
