Payments for the Pro subscription are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. For your subscription we store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your subscription tier and status, whether a free trial has been used, and (if you provided one) your email address so Stripe can send receipts. This data is kept while your account is active and for as long as we are legally required to retain billing records; you may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to those legal retention obligations.
We record coarse, anonymous funnel events (for example, a page view or that an account was created) using a random, non-identifying session identifier so we can understand how many visitors complete signup and checkout. These analytics contain no personal data — no email address, API key, or card details are logged with them.
