Is the plugin allowed?
Yes — Grand Flip Out is an approved RuneLite Plugin Hub plugin. It is advisory only: it shows prices, suggestions and alerts, and never automates or submits anything in-game. The optional offer auto-fill (off by default) pre-writes a suggested value into the offer input — you always review it and press Confirm yourself.
Is it free?
The core plugin and website are free. Pro ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) unlocks the premium alert and intelligence features — see pricing for exactly what's included.
How do I connect the plugin to my account?
Newer plugin builds: open the Guide tab → Link account, then enter the short code at grandflipout.com/link — no key pasting. Older builds: sign in at grandflipout.com/signup and paste your account key into the plugin settings.
Why don't I see the Advisor or live intelligence in the plugin?
Everything that talks to grandflipout.com is off by default (that's a Plugin Hub privacy requirement). Enable "grandflipout.com features" — newer builds offer it right in the Guide tab; otherwise it's the master switch at the top of the plugin settings.
How do I cancel? Do you refund?
Cancel anytime, self-serve — all you need is the email you paid with: open your billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Already signed in here? The upgrade page has the same Manage or cancel your subscription link. Refund terms are in the Terms of Service; if anything's off, email or ping us on Discord and we'll sort it quickly.
Do you guarantee profits or predict prices?
No. The Grand Exchange can't be predicted with certainty. What we do promise: every profit figure shown is realizable — tax-netted and capped by what the market can actually absorb — and projections are labeled as estimates, never sold as facts. Our daily results are published on the track record page.
Where does my data go?
By default, nothing leaves your machine — the plugin runs on public OSRS Wiki prices. Server features you enable send only what their disclosure states, and contributing your flips to the crowdsourced dataset is a separate, optional, anonymous opt-in. Details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Send DELETE /api/account with your API key (Authorization: Bearer <key>) — it erases your profile, key, and linked Discord immediately. If a Pro subscription is active, cancel it first (the request tells you if so). Prefer a human? Email us and we'll erase it for you.
