6.1 Plans & price. Grand Flip Out offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro costs US$4.99 per month, charged in advance, plus any applicable taxes. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
6.2 7-day free trial. New Pro subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged US$4.99 for the first month.
6.3 Automatic renewal (you acknowledge this). Pro is a recurring subscription that automatically renews every month until you cancel. By starting a trial or subscribing, you expressly authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method US$4.99 each month on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period, without further action by you, until you cancel. This is a recurring/“negative option” charge.
6.4 Cancel anytime — one click, no questions. You can cancel at any time, online, in one click through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from the upgrade page) — cancelling is at least as easy as signing up. There are no cancellation fees and no need to contact us or explain why.
6.5 What happens when you cancel. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of the current month.
6.6 Refunds. The 7-day trial is your free evaluation — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. Because Pro is a digital subscription delivered immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable once the period begins. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law (see §6.8 for UK/EU consumers), and we will review reasonable requests for accidental or duplicate renewals in good faith. We do not claim “all sales final.”
6.7 Failed payments & grace period. If a renewal charge fails, Stripe will automatically retry over a short dunning/grace window during which your Pro access continues. Your subscription is only downgraded to the free plan if payment ultimately cannot be collected (or you cancel).
6.8 UK/EU consumers — immediate supply & the 14-day right. Pro is digital content supplied to you immediately upon activation. By starting your subscription you (a) consent to immediate supply of the digital content and (b) acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day statutory cancellation (“cooling-off”) right for content already supplied, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The 7-day free trial means no charge is taken during this period in any case.
6.9 Price changes. If we change the price or material terms of Pro, we will give you clear, advance notice and a chance to cancel before the new price applies to you. Continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
6.10 Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The charge on your statement will appear under our business descriptor (e.g. “grandflipout.com”).

6.12 Legal entity & governing law. The service is operated by GranaryWorks. These billing terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
